SapientNitro Announces Star Alliance'€™s iPad Experience


Next-Generation App Offers Always-On Travellers a Personalized Digital Destination for Engaging with World’s Leading Airline Network


NEW YORK – May 21, 2013 – SapientNitro, part of Sapient (NASDAQ: SAPE), today released the Star Alliance Navigator app for the Apple iPad to provide travelers with an interactive gateway for visually accessing personalized information about the Star Alliance network, including member airline flights and the airports served by the network.  An innovative “My Trip” feature simultaneously deepens customers’ relationships with the brand, enabling the planning, storing, and sharing of their personal journeys with friends and colleagues. Designed to complement the premium traveling experience for which the Star Alliance network has been widely recognized, SapientNitro’s Star Alliance Navigator app invites travelers to explore the network and discover its numerous benefits through multimedia content tailored to the time zone and location where the app is accessed.  At every stage of their journey, passengers can quickly search flights and flight status, locate lounges, and access airport information.

The Star Alliance Navigator app’s “My Trip” feature enables customers to plan and store information about their travels. By pressing the animated 3D symbol of the Star Alliance network, customers can discover how often they have crisscrossed the globe and share this with their social networks. Additionally, they can rely on the app for personalized information on current trip status.
