As a services company, our main asset is the skills and knowledge that our people bring to client engagements. We take the development of each Sapient person’s potential seriously — and make a major investment each year in training. We also believe that effective development goes beyond the individual to involve supervisors. Our managers identify growth opportunities, encourage training, reinforce learning and assess improvements in performance.
Depending on your role and region, as a new hire you will receive between two and 20 weeks of training before you even start work. Tenured Sapient people then receive three to 10 days of training each year for ongoing skills and development. We are particularly proud of our specialized Institute programs, which develop entry level hires in functional industry knowledge and the technology skills particular to TRM (Trading & Risk Management), e-Commerce and Software Testing.
