ARLINGTON- June 25, 2012- Sapient (NASDAQ: SAPE) announced today that they have been named a MassMutual Citizenship Award Finalist.
The annual MassMutual Citizenship awards, which are hosted by the Washington Business Journal, has recognized Sapient’s long-term partnership with No Greater Sacrifice (NGS) as one of their four finalists for the 2012 philanthropy awards. In July 2010, Sapient established a proud, long-term pro-bono partnership with NGS, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the children of fallen and wounded Service members by delivering scholarships and resources to improve their quality of life through the pursuit of higher education.
“Our partnership with NGS has instilled a great sense of pride and dedication within our team, said Teresa Bozzelli, President, Sapient Government Services. We are excited to be named a MassMutual Citizenship award finalist as validation of our commitment to making a difference.”
The Washington Business Journal and MassMutual Citizenship Awards are designed to honor Washington D.C.’s most active and inspirational companies and nonprofits that have made a difference in their communities through both financial and volunteer philanthropic work.
