Thinking," and will look at a challenge that information architects find themselves facing again and again: how to create benefits that really make a difference to the user, that are perceived as being innovative and thus strengthen the product’s or service provider’s brand in the long term — whilst caught between the conflicting priorities of user needs, client interests, budget limitations and technical constraints.
