• Corporate Social Responsibility

For all of its geographic vastness—on a human level—the world is rather small. Because, what occurs in a small African village devoid of clean drinking water, and what’s happening in the U.S. in our constant struggle to defeat the deadliest of cancers, are linked by something that knows no borders, makes no distinction between rich and poor, and has no sympathy for the young, the old, or the sick. That link is need.

As a global company, Sapient takes its responsibility as a global citizen to heart. We view the giving of our time, resources, and money not as something we have to do, but something we need to do as fellow beings on this planet. To us, there is no more important, nobler obligation.

Below are four charitable organizations that we are proud to be associated with. And while their missions are diverse what binds them together is the innately human attribute that spans oceans, cultures, and political mindsets: the need to help.

While Sapient is honored to be associated with such worthwhile causes, the desire to help those less fortunate is not just a corporate effort. It’s also a personal one.

Globally and locally, our people are actively and passionately involved in numerous causes. It’s that spirit that not only makes us good at what we do, but perhaps even more importantly, good at who we are.

Here are just a few of the many charitable causes that our people are involved with:

  • AID Gurgaon
  • Butterflies
  • Chase Corporate Challenge
  • Cheshire Homes
  • Chicago Symphony Orchestra
  • Daily Food Bank
  • Germany’s Children and Youth Farm
  • Juvenile Diabetes Ride for a Cure
  • *nea e.V (Germany)
  • The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children
  • National Search Dog Foundation
  • Parikrma Humanity Foundation
  • Shake-a-Leg
  • Sketch
  • Teach India
  • Toronto District School Board
  • Children's Club KiBi (Germany)

Our people feel individually, as we do collectively, that the bottom line isn't always the bottom line. That the final measure of our success is gauged not solely by how much we earn, but also by how much we give.
