Sapient Team Composition and Capabilities

The Sapient CEOss Team is composed of a set of industry-leading companies that have been carefully assembled to provide the maximum capability to meet the critical priorities of CEOss customers. Each partner was selected based on a unique set of capabilities valuable to CEOss customers, a solid track record of successful delivery, and a trusted relationship with Sapient and other teammates. We have built a well-rounded team with all of the necessary resources to support each Product Group Directorate (PGD) as well as other commands (such as MCCDC and HQMC) that have adopted the CEOss business model.

To ensure the quality and reliability that CEOss customers demand, the Sapient Team is built from companies with excellent reputations that are recognized leaders in their markets. Our team has established a compelling track record of delivery throughout the Marine Corps, Department of Defense (DOD), and commercial sectors, including coverage across the full range of CEOss customers. Furthermore, the team reflects the value of having a diverse set of companies, and features four small businesses among its ten members, including veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.

CEOss customers expect that project teams will be completely aligned towards a common goal even with members from multiple companies, and that solutions will be coherent and consistent. The Sapient Team has extensive experience working together, as our trusted relationships have been forged as partners on many previous successful engagements, including many efforts within the CEOss program and the Marine Corps. We have learned how to be effective and productive partners delivering solutions for our clients, and have established reciprocal relationships with one another.

The Sapient Team demonstrates a balance of experienced CEOss participants with deep knowledge of the program along with newcomers that bring innovative ideas, approaches, and capabilities. To ensure breadth, experience, and CEOss expertise, the team includes one prime from each of the three other CEOss domains, and others who have been team members on CEOss tasks.
