Sandeep Dhar leads all operations of Sapient India and is also a part of company's global leadership team. Prior to joining Sapient, Sandeep served as President of the business process outsourcing business for Mphasis, a subsidiary of EDS. In addition, Dhar has an extensive background in consulting, sales and financial services and has worked with global firms such as Citibank, IBM and ABN AMRO Bank, in India as well as the Asia-pacific region.

Dhar is a graduate of Delhi University and the Institute of Management Technology (India). He also attended the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton Business School.
