Office Location:

Delhi, India

Highlights from my experience at Sapient:

I’m proud of the fact that Sapient has been recognized in the “Top Ten” lists in two prestigious workplace surveys, in the same year we were awarded a “Great Place to Work” honours.

I also enjoy the work I do with people at Sapient, designing key people strategies and processes for India that have helped us put in place some building blocks for being a great place to work.

I am excited about how we have scaled as a team from supporting 500 people to 3000 people and being part of the design team to create the model we have in place to scale for the future.

My proudest moment in Sapient was to be nominated for the Founders awards by my colleagues in 2005.

My background:

I joined Sapient in 2003.  Previously I worked as a Human Resource Consultant with Arthur Andersen (now Ernst & Young) in their Human Capital Consulting practice. I have done my MBA with a specialisation in Human Resources and Organization behavior from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Things I enjoy outside of work:

I love to watch movies – I have a serious collection! I also like traveling and the thrill of planning for it. I like to experiment with different cuisines (definitely not cooking– but eating it!)
