Tibbetts has over 30 years of experience in finance, primarily working with technology and technology-related services organizations. Prior to joining Sapient, he was Senior Vice President and CFO at the enterprise software and services company, Novell, Inc. Tibbetts has also contributed his financial and technology sector expertise to Charles Rivers Ventures as administrative general partner, and served as Chief Financial Officer at Lightbridge, Inc. and SeaChange International, Inc.

Earlier in his career, at Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), Tibbetts built a 20-year track record of success that included responsibilities as an audit partner and national director of the firm’s software services group. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in business administration.
